Publications

China Research Monographs have been published since 1967 and now include well over sixty titles. Since 1978, the series has come out under co-sponsorship with the Institute of East Asian Studies, which continues to centralize publications for all Institute units.

In addition, the Center co-sponsors selected University of California Press publications with an emphasis on China produced by Center scholars or Berkeley faculty.
