Graduate Program Courses

The following courses numbered 100 through 299 will be accepted for credit toward the graduate program in Asian Studies. Those numbered 100 to 199 are upper division undergraduate courses; those numbered 200 and above are graduate level courses. Courses numbered 1 through 99 are lower division undergraduate courses and, although sometimes needed in preparation for higher level courses, may not be used as credit for a graduate program. The courses are listed by area and by department within the area. The M.A. candidate must usually concentrate on one geographic area. Please note that the list is not all inclusive; if you think another course might apply, check with the Student Adviser. All courses are not offered every semester or even every year.
