In addition to Asian Studies, several other departments and groups within the university offer advanced degrees with an Asian area specialization. Students with a definite interest in a particular discipline are strongly advised to apply directly to the appropriate department rather than to the interdisciplinary program offered by the Group in Asian Studies.
