Shorenstein Seminars on Contemporary East Asia

The Shorenstein seminars are designed to further interaction among the Bay Area's academic, business, and professional communities on issues of vital interest concerning the dynamics of the Pacific Rim. The programs are organized by the Institute of East Asian Studies at Berkeley and funded by a gift from the Walter H. and Phyllis J. Shorenstein Foundation. Typically the Institute publishes summary reports on each of the seminars.
