Daesan-Berkeley Writer in Residence Program

With generous support from the Daesan Foundation in Korea, the Center for Korean Studies invites a visiting writer to campus for three months each year. This program promotes cultural exchange between the literary communities of Korea and the San Francisco Bay Area. The visiting writer participates in Center activities and delivers lectures or readings for the community. Past Writers-in-Residence are:
