Thanks to the generous support of the Daesan Foundation in Korea we will be launching a new program of Writer-in-Resident from Fall 2006. The first recipient is Mr. Yeon Su Kim, Novelist. Mr. Kim has received numerous literature awards in Korea, including Jakkasegye Award (1994), Dong Suh Literature Award (2001), Dong In Literature Award (2003), and Daesan Literature Award (2005). His notable works are I Am a Ghost Writer (2005), When I Was Still a Child (2002), Goodbye, Yisang! (2001), Twenty-Years Old (2000), and Youth's Sentences (2004).
