Chia-Lin Wu has been engaged in the research , teaching and training. Meanwhile, she serves as a consultant and CEO of non-profit organizations for strategic and organizational development planning, as well as an evaluation and coaching committee for government departments.
In 2006, she entered Center for the Third Sector Research of National Chengchi University, engaged in the research and promotion of the third sector in Taiwan and China. In 2010, she began to invest in social enterprise research, policy participation and social impact assessment, and served as the secretary general of the Chinese Organization Development Association, promoting cooperation and research on non-profit organizations, social enterprises and community development in Taiwan and China. In 2015, she joined Shih Hsin University for teaching work, teaching social enterprise theory and development and case studies on non-profit and social enterprises. In 2018, she participated in community development and placemaking.
