CJS-JSPS Pre/Post-doctoral Fellowship Award
The CJS-JSPS Fellowship Award provides opportunities for pre- and postdoctoral researchers from UC Berkeley to conduct cooperative research with leading research groups in Japanese universities and other research institutions under the guidance of a host researcher. The Fellowship is for a term of 1-12 months and must begin between January 1, 2027 and March 31, 2027. It is open to all fields of the humanities, social sciences, and the natural sciences. Students who anticipate completing their doctoral degree within 2 years, as well as post-doctoral fellows who completed their doctoral degrees within 6 years of the date the fellowship goes into effect, are eligible.
